The LeGalBesT network is a group of law firms which encourages members of staff to engage with LGBTQ+ issues.
The aims of the LeGalBesT network are:

to ensure each law firm has a fair and inclusive working environment for all LGBTQ+ staff.

provide a forum for firms to share and promote best practice of LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace.

to offer social and networking opportunities.

to help network members realise the opportunities available to LGBTQ+ friendly firms and their clients.
The network is open to everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity and all members of the firm are encouraged to get involved. A number of events are held each year, including networking and speaker events and social events. Past speakers include Lady Phyll, Peter Tatchell, Lord Chris Smith, Evan Davis and Sir Derek Jacobi.

WHERE IS LEGAL BEST AND HOW DO I GET THERE?
LeGal BesT rotates the locations for its committee meetings through member firms. Events are held at member firms and elsewhere in London. Details of events are circulated within member firms by the LeGal BesT representatives.
